How we process
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before our daily cut-off of 2:00 PM Central European Time (CET/CEST) are typically prepared and dispatched the same business day, subject to payment verification and stock availability. Orders received after the cut-off are processed on the next business day.
For North American orders fulfilled from our US warehouse, processing is synchronized with local carrier pickup schedules to ensure the fastest possible dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after carrier pickup.

Delays. Customs delays are outside our control. While we do everything we can to ensure smooth customs clearance, we cannot guarantee that shipments will clear customs without delay. We recommend placing orders well in advance of your research deadlines.
